A favor de esa decisi\u00f3n votan los magistrados Felipe Fuentes Barrera, autor de la ponencia; Indalfer Infante Gonz\u00e1lez; M\u00f3nica Aral\u00ed Soto y Jos\u00e9 Luis Vargas. En contra, argumentan y votan Janine Ot\u00e1lora (presidenta del Tribunal), Felipe de la Mata Piza\u00f1a y Reyes Rodr\u00edguez Mondrag\u00f3n. Al conocer la decisi\u00f3n del Tribunal Rodr\u00edguez Calder\u00f3n, conocido como \u201cEl Bronco\u201d, exclama en Twitter: \u201cDios en grande, gracias.
